1. Enrollment & Eligibility
- Application Review: Participation in the Program requires submission of our online application. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or manually review any application at our sole discretion based on brand alignment, website quality, and social media presence.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete contact, social media, and payment details during registration and keep this information updated.
2. Commission Structure & Earnings
- Based Commission: Affiliates earn a 15% commission on the net sales amount of qualified purchases referred to Big Deal Diecast.
- Net Sales Calculation: Commissions are calculated on the final product price paid by the customer after any discounts or promotional codes are applied. Commissions are not paid on shipping costs, handling fees, or applicable sales taxes.
3. The 360-Day Customer Attribution Window
- Email & Account Linking: When a customer makes their first purchase using your unique affiliate tracking link or custom discount coupon code, their customer profile/email address is linked to your affiliate account for 360 calendar days.
- Repeat Purchases: You will automatically earn a 15% commission on all subsequent purchases made by that linked customer during the 360-day window, regardless of whether they clear their browser cookies or return to the shop directly.
- Expiration: After 360 days from the customer’s initial qualifying order, the customer-affiliate link automatically expires, and future orders will no longer generate commissions unless a new referral link or coupon code is used.
4. Custom Coupon Codes & Links
- Coupon Usage: Affiliates may be assigned a custom 5% discount code (e.g.,
NAME10) for their audience. - Attribution Rules: If a customer uses your custom coupon code at checkout, the sale (and subsequent 360-day link) is attributed to you, even if no tracking link was clicked.
- Coupon Stacking: Affiliate coupon codes cannot be combined with other store-wide sales, clearance discounts, or additional promotional codes unless explicitly authorized in writing.
5. Payment Terms & Payouts
- Holding Period: All generated commissions are held in a Pending status for 30 days from the date of purchase to account for customer order cancellations, returns, or refunds.
- Adjustments: If an order is refunded, canceled, or charged back during the holding period, the associated commission will be deducted from your pending balance.
- Payout Schedule: Approved commissions are paid out on a monthly schedule via PayPal or direct account transfer, provided your account meets the minimum payout threshold of $50.00 USD.
6. Program Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
Violation of any of the following rules will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any pending commissions:
- Self-Referrals: You are strictly prohibited from using your own affiliate links or custom coupon codes to purchase products for yourself or for direct household members.
- Misleading Advertising: You must not make false or misleading claims regarding Big Deal Diecast products, pricing, or availability.
- Spam & Unauthorized Promotion: You may not distribute affiliate links via unsolicited commercial email (spam), aggressive automated bots, or on coupon aggregator websites.
7. FTC Compliance Guidelines
As an affiliate, you are required to comply with all federal regulations regarding endorsements:
- Clear Disclosure: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Big Deal Diecast on any post, video, article, or social media message containing your affiliate link or coupon code (e.g., using disclosures like
#ad,#sponsored, or “I earn a commission if you purchase through my link”).
8. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate participation in this Program at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any legitimate, approved commissions earned prior to the date of termination will be paid out during the next scheduled payout cycle.
9. Modifications to Terms
Big Deal Diecast reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any posted updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
