1. Return Window & Condition
- 30-Day Limit: We must be notified of all returns, exchanges, and the reasons for them within 30 days from the date your order was placed.
- Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in its original factory condition, in its original box, and packaged exactly as the manufacturer packed it.
- Do Not Repair: Please do not attempt to fix or glue any small parts without our prior authorization. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been glued or are missing their original packaging.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Report Immediately: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately upon receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Delayed reporting may result in the denial of an exchange or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If we made an error and shipped the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a return shipping label or arrange for a pickup. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will ship the correct replacement or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock.
3. Shipping & Third-Party Forwarding
- Shipping Fees: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (except in cases where we shipped an incorrect item).
- International Forwarders: If your order is delivered to a shipping carrier or freight forwarder within the USA and then forwarded to another country, Big Deal Retail is not responsible for any damages that occur during the subsequent international transit.
4. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
- Packages returned to us as unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused by the customer will be canceled. A refund will be issued, minus the original shipping costs incurred by us.
